Our technology watch evaluates every new model the day it ships: quality, cost, latency, fit with your use cases. When a model delivers a measurable gain, we test it on a pilot service, log the result in the model registry, then migrate the relevant services. No amendment to sign, no re-quoting. Migration is part of the subscription.
The contractual framework is fixed, auditable, DORA and CSSF 22/806 compliant. The software evolves, but every change is traced. Registry of models in use, migration log, regression tests, AI Act impact assessment. One due diligence at entry, KYC once, then a continuous compliance log you can present to your regulator or an auditor at any time.
The DORA exit plan is included in the contract from day one. At the end of the subscription, we hand over source code, technical documentation, configurations, models and data. We support takeover by your teams or another vendor during a defined transition period. Full reversibility, no proprietary lock-in.
